Happy Friday!
Last weekend, I got to spectate a Crossfit competition (gotta love when you get to watch the horrible WODs over doing them..!). I was just a bit bummed I wasn’t competing, but it was the same weekend as my scheduled Tough Mudder. When I made the decision not to do Mudder, it was too late to sign up. Double-bummer that my next competition I was signed up for ended up being canceled, so now there are not major events on the radar. 🙁
The rest of my weekend was spent doing more carpet-nonsense.. it may never end. Ripley was protesting me taking out her carpet.
Workout-wise.. I officially started my first week of doing The Outlaw Way. I’ll be posting daily updates over on G+ in the “Chalk Bucket” group, as well as summarizing my day on Instagram! Three-day update so far: I have never felt like I have worked so hard, nor been so sore in such a short amount of time. Major highlights including rowing 3x2000m, shredding my thigh on 18 rope climbs, and being able to hold 4 handstands nose-and-toes (facing the wall) for a full 1:00 each. It’s pretty amazing.
And now.. some of my Friday Finds for you!

New Products:
I have been pretty good this week about not spending any money.. so nothing crazy and exciting to speak about here, except I did order this, and am beyond excited to sleep tonight so I can try it out! I take my sleep seriously. 😉
Weekly WOD Gear:
I’ve been asked where I get some of my workout gear, so thought I’d give this a try and share them weekly with you! I’m admittedly a queen of selfies (though really need to learn to up my game and get some photography tips as to avoid the wretched mirror selfies), but for now, you get my mirror snaps. An alternative would be for me to layout my workout gear and snap it that way; but this will have to do for now!
