Hopefully I survive my 10k in the morning, but I am most anxious to finish and get on the road to Columbus, Ohio to spectate at the Crossfit Games Central East Regionals!! Just imagine – a whole town full of elite Crossfit athletes, where likely 90% of the spectators are also Crossfitters.. it is going to be pretty easy on the eyes this weekend… 😉
Look out for Team Plymouth Crossfit (amazing group of athletes that I know, with the youngest at 17!) and the individual Tim VanDeusen, representing my sister box! So proud of all of these athletes and can’t wait to see the rest of the amazing people in our region!
