Help someone to channel his or her inner supple leopard with the following ideas:
Becoming a Supple Leopard $35 (obviously)
Theracane $36 (You may feel geriatric using one of these things, but for those spots that you just can’t seem to reach, this is a great tool!
WODFitters Lacrosse Balls $20 (leave one at work, one at home, and one in the gym bag!)
Enso roller $69 (A new kind of foam roller with adjustable pieces that can be moved around or removed)
Trigger point roller $40. (Well worth the investment, I have one and purchased a couple of these as gifts!)
Rubberbanditz Price varies depending on size (Use for shoulder stretches, hip stretches, and more!)

I’m loving your gift guides! Thanks for all the great ideas! 🙂
You should title this post “torture devices”. Or at least that’s what they are for a not so supple mongoose like this guy.
